1. Select your items, add to basket and click on “request quotation” when you add everything you want,
2. Exertis Team will send you a quotation including transport cost and lead time,
3. Review and let us know if you need the goods before given lead time, we will see what we can do about it and send you feedback,
4. Send Purchase Order to Exertis team (scm.canon.po.for.exertis@exertis.com) when you are interested in ordering,
5. Wait for the pre alert with shipment details and for the delivery of goods.
Your offer is valid for 28 days due to frequent changes of transport cost. With customer care in mind, we send reminder to you after 21 days with question if you are still interested in ordering products from quotation.
This official document should contain bill to address (incl. VAT number), delivery address, PO date & PO number, items & quantities with item & total value, transport cost, total order value, requestor name etc. It should be created on the letterhead. It would be the best if it was signed by the person who approved this order on Canon side.
Our terms of shipment for the order will be DAP, which means Canon will be the importer of record and Canon will be responsible for customs clearance and any additional charges that may be applied to the shipment by local customs.
Now we accept payments only with bank transfer based on the invoice we send after shipping the order. Agreed payment term is 30 days after invoicing date.
We don’t have an option to accept credit card payments.

As per mechanising guideline the Canon logo may be provided to third party promotional items companies. However, the logo should not be held by promotional item companies indefinitely. The Canon logo may not be displayed alone on electronic items. This is due to the increased probability that the articles could be confused with genuine Canon manufactured products. Only tagline can be displayed on electronic items.
For items that are not in the offer on website, Exertis team needs to get an approval from Canon management team.
We don’t have products ready on stock, everything is produced after receiving order.

Some products have a MOQ, but you can mix colours or sizes for products to reach it. For example: if the MOQ is 100 notebooks, you can order 50 red and 50 black to meet the required quantity. Exceptions: cotton bags, paper bags, lanyards, backpacks, pens
